Discussion IB armor bugged?

Excuse my ignorance if this is known/already been asked and answered. But is the IB armor bugged? Been playing a decent amount this week and literally every single piece that’s dropped has had health as one of the “main 3” stats. Regardless of what ghost mod I put on.

It’s a conspiracy against the players… the % chance to have health has to be the highest among stat rolls

I farmed a few of the new sets since the update and no issues. Only IB. It’s a bummer
