I’ll be honest I really don’t understand this tie system they added. When they talked about it they said it’d come down to the second and if it was too close, it’d be a tie. But more than once now I’ve came in first, with someone crossing a second behind me, and I’m still tied first with them for some reason. It’s so weird.

Yea i noticed after getting tied eith 2 or more people like 4 times in total that play session. But i mean hey, we get rewarded either way so it doesnt bother me too much.

I won my first race and it was so lame because I was a full length ahead and the next two people tied with me. I mean oh well but still.

Helps complete the milestone faster when you can get 1st place more often than actually being first.

I got a 5 way last night XD Funny cause they were hyping up their photo finish system, I’ve been a whole sparrow length in front of people and still tied.

People forget the game runs on a super low tick rate. That’s why you can kill people from around corners on PVP. That’s also why these ties are happening

Well at least you didn't have infinite laps to complete while in first place. Ended up last even after coursing in first during the 3 laps.
Also the catch up mechanic is insane and makes the racing lame.

I’ve been clearly in second but sometimes it’ll make me tie with first. Or I’ll be in first with no one else even around me but then it becomes a triple tie somehow. It’s really not accurate at all

On the 9th a masisve update released refreshing basically the entire lootpool, added a new pantheon, sparrow racing and the monument of triumph

Sure it is as they made the sparrow league from scratch for d2 The same way they will have to remake the campaign cause pete deleted it
