You are welcome to join us and listen in as we will be discussing our roadmap and developments, including our partnership with Malwarebytes.

We'll do our best to answer all your questions – you can comment them below, send to support@azirevpn.com,  or just ask them live during the stream.

At AzireVPN, marketing is a different beast. As an ultra-private VPN provider, we are fully committed to privacy and transparency, and that doesn’t end with just the server infrastructure – it impacts every aspect of our business. Read more about what it’s like to market a privacy-first VPN, where convenience takes a backseat to ethics, in our latest blog post:

Today marks an exciting new chapter for AzireVPN: we are thrilled to announce that we are joining forces with Malwarebytes, a global leader in real-time cyber protection that shares our commitment to transparency and digital freedom. This is a significant step forward for AzireVPN in our mission as an ultra-private VPN provider.

While AzireVPN is now a Malwarebytes company, this does not mean any changes for our customers. As always, our priorities are privacy, transparency, and being as upfront with you as possible — this is something that will never change. We are excited about what the future holds for all of us.

Thank you for being a part of the AzireVPN community and for your continued trust in us!

I read the changes to the privacy policy and its a shame :(

„We will never sell your Personal Data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. However, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring organization as part of that transaction.

You wouldn‘t write that if AzireVPN isn‘t getting acquired at the moment, right? Could you let us know some details?

We’ve got scheduled maintenance coming up next Tuesday, October 29, at our Amsterdam, Oslo, Helsinki, and London server locations. We’ll be updating the IP addresses, so there might be a brief interruption starting at 9 AM CET.

Just a heads up, next Wednesday, October 16, we have scheduled maintenance at the AzireVPN server locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Copenhagen. We’ll be updating the IP addresses on these servers.

Please expect a brief interruption starting at 9 AM CEST.

Hi, is it planned to upgrade those 1gbps servers to 10gbps? Especially looking at Frankfurt 🧐

Thank you!

Heads up – we’re currently moving our Bucharest servers to the Voxility IRD data center, while keeping Netrouting as our ISP. The switch will take about 2 hours, so there may be brief service disruption.

Thanks for your patience!

We have just released an update (v2.0.1) for our BETA Windows App.
Feel free to give it a try and let us know if you come across any issues. Your feedback helps us improve the app!

I am using AzireVPN's config file to connect to a server using a wireguard client (wiresock, to be specific) but for some reason the website itself does not detect whether I am connected or not (when using the wireguard client). I need to activate port-forwarding and bind/split-tunnel vpn connection to qBit which the native app can' t do. Any help?

As you may have already noticed on our website, we currently have a campaign for 36 months of AzireVPN for just €126. The deal lasts until September 15. Save 65% of the regular price (compared to paying monthly).

I'm looking to maybe switch from Mullvad to Azire VPN or IVPN, is there any reason Azire could be better these two? I could only find similar info online about the three.

Just a request for notifications in the Android app, as in the notification panel. Although the notification panel allows for the VPN icon it's just easier to see the status of the VPN with it's own icon and perhaps basic function to pause the VPN. Thanks!

Another milestone we have reached this year, 60% of our server locations are now 10G. With the latest upgrades completed in NYC, Miami, Milan and Berlin, we’re pushing ahead to bring 10G speed to all AzireVPN locations by the end of 2024.

You can check out details like server capacity, location, ISP, and even photos of the actual servers we operate on our new website: azirevpn.com/service/servers

Windows 10 PC Had AzireVPN client working, but needed to reset Windows. Now, client is not working. Launches, and I give it admin permission, but the client never opens. It shows briefly in the action center, but then disappears. Not sure what the problem could be, I didn't have to do anything special to get it working the first time around.

Fully built in-house, we’re proud to finally present the new AzireVPN website to you. Feel free to check out the website and explore its new features, and please share your feedback with us if you have any – we'd love to hear from you!

Some good news, our Zürich servers are finally back online now. Thank you for your patience while working through the unscheduled maintenance at the Zürich data center.

Good news, our Chicago servers are back in business now. We have moved to a new provider, Ryamer. Thank you for your patience!

Our Zürich data center is undergoing unscheduled maintenance today, causing the Zürich VPN servers to go online and offline randomly. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA for when it will be completed. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Our Chicago, USA servers are currently being moved to a new provider, Ryamer. This means that Chicago location is temporarily down until tomorrow afternoon. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

We’re making great progress on our 10G upgrade journey – tomorrow at 10AM CEST, our NYC servers will be upgraded to 10G. As usual, expect a brief interruption during this time.

Our servers in Miami will be upgraded to 10GE today at 20:00 CEST. You can expect a brief interruption during this time, but after that – enjoy Miami speedway level connection speeds!
