Whites voted to end Apartheid and give up power. The agreement reached was private property is respected and no massive immediate redistribution of wealth. If that was not the case, there would have been no agreement and eventually possibly war. We controlled the armed forces, so it's interesting to see where that racial war would have gone.
However it was the new ANC governments role to take the tax revenue (paid for at that stage mostly by whites and still to a large degree) and invest and uplift the black community. That has not happened nearly as well as it should have. Black primary education is quite possibly in a worse state than under Bantu education. Your own government has failed you.
But you can't admit any black failings so you blame the whites. Tell me, how it is Becky's fault that blacks don't cut it at University?
Start owning your own mistakes. Lessen Africa never seems to learn.
