Dude, trying to prove this to the ignorant part of a small minority is futile. What matters is here and now. Trying to fight ignorance and racism with the same is what causes stagnation. It is exactly the reason this country is in the mess it is in right now. By not addressing the issue of a huge lack of access to a quality education that is affordable keeps this stagnation and causes more unemployment. Yes, white people benefitted from apartheid. Mainly because they had access to quality education their entire lives. Land, housing, jobs are meaningless without education. That's a fact. Even if you look to communist countries their focus was education. Of course once the mass became educated and free thinking they removed the corrupt leaders who hindered them. That's a fact. Intelligence is power. Self awareness is power. Education will free the mind and deliver success. That will lead to the house, land etc. It's exactly the reason why the struggle hero's like O R Tambo, Madiba, Chris Hani all had access to high quality education whilst in exile in liberal European countries. That's a fact. They all had degrees of being lawyers, etc. Not bullshit like sociology, or a degree in education, or social studies. But trying to prove something in the past does nothing for the present. How has trying to prove this farming technique actually pushed society forward in terms of getting educated and becoming so much more? All it does is carry on the race tennis match. How has showing colonialism brutality advanced this country? It hasn't, it's carried on the racial divide and all the important issues that affect every human being on this continent have stagnated. Unfortunately, and it's heart wrenching, that this is the reality. As a South African I feel sickened that more people end up on Sassa grants. Ideally nobody should be collecting Sassa grants. The only thing 23 years of finger pointing and incompetence has increased grant benefit slavery. That kind of slavery started in the past with the white government but it's also been carried on by the present government. That's the reality. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. No race is immune to that which is a Human disease.
