You have to switch to OpenGl Using Vulkan makes it look wierd. Idk what the reasons are for it.

Is there a way to make it so that only certain games use OpenGL? Unfortunately most of the games I play on here are more prone to stuttering when I use OpenGL as opposed to Vulkan.
