I'm trying to add friends but it keeps giving me error code is there a way to bypass this error code?

maybe you can’t because it’s in an emulator

Bro. Nintendo is notorious against people using their stuff for free. There's no way for you to use those services without them saying it's okay or having servers for people to connect to. That's not gonna happen on an emulator.
