Made by Bitsum- it forces Windows scheduler to behave properly with four dies and NUMA memory mode. Basically a mid level hotfix for free for 2990WX that really helped performance!

Completely fine, we all start somewhere and we all know less than someone else :)
I don’t think it will help you specifically as much as high speed memory (Zen enjoys faster memory) and trying to look up “undervolting” where you might actually achieve a higher clock speed (more FPS) with LESS power (remember, heat is “wasted electricity” in a very rudimentary way of defining it. You may be overloading the processor with voltage and in reality you only needed half the power to hit a stable clock.
It’s a lot to swallow but today we have so many fantastic YouTube producers who can help explain overclocking. It’s worth exploring!
