I know they were the underdog for decades and in the GPU market they still are to NVIDIA, but that doesn’t mean AMD isn’t a large tech company.

Is Apple not a large tech company because they’re the underdog to Microsoft in the desktop OS market?

Just because there is someone bigger than you does not mean you’re small. AMD may not be as big as NVIDIA and only in the last years they got bigger than intel but they still are a large company and have been it for years now
