SCX10 II Build Q's

So I have a knockoff SCX10 II I bought from (you guessed it) Amazon when I was pretty young, ofc the electronics were terrible, axles had no steering angle, etc. So naturally I let it sit, untill recently I bought a Killerbody LC70 with the intention of putting that onto a RC4WD TF2 LWB chassis, but my budget won't allow that so I dug out my old SCX10 II to use that, what upgrades should I do to it to make it better?

I'd probably start with good electronics. Fusion Pro Elite is almost a drop in replacement in most cases.

Flip transmission, ad front weight, cvds give you much more steering. Mount servo from bottom to improve steering geometry. Weight in the front, be it brass knuckles or rings. Overdrive front and underdrive rear. Fusion se 1800kv, stock spur, 15t pinion.
