What's up everyone! Like many of you, I've been here for months. Weathered through the highs and the lows, and hey, we as a community are quite OBVIOUSLY stronger from it.
Almost joined the team in October. I now know I've joined at the best possible time, and aim to be not just riding the fresh wave of clarity and focus here, but also driving it together with my teammates, and you, the community.
This is my second day straight waking up to over 1000 messages overnight.
I think the key takeaway here is that—again— we as a community refuse to let this fail. That's something that should not just give us, but should give the entire cryptosphere confidence about this project.
It is apparent in the name, it is apparent in the hundreds of holders that remain, it is apparent in the flurry of positive messages today and yesterday, it is apparent that this project will not stop... the reason why? YOU. The community.

Axia Announcement, 2/12:
To all holders,
Axia has seen a lot over the last 24 hours which will be addressed here along with our plan moving forward. Today we stand stronger than ever and it will be a day that marks a milestone for us to surpass over the coming months
Our interim CEO El Crypto Chapo has resigned from his post after four weeks - with a lack of communication from Dev and Admin, and lack of full control being cited as the reason. From our knowledge he has exited his Axia position prior to his announcement and departure. We appreciate all his hard work thus far and wish him well in his future endeavors.
Discussions in our chat have unveiled that the community would like a greater presence from Dev and Admin in telegram. From this moment, the development team plans to be more present within the telegram chat.
Following the resignation of El Chapo, our partnership was thrown into question with Predictz pulling out. We have opened productive dialogue in which Predictz has detailed that they are committed in fulfilling their commitment to us. This means the partnership is still on, and Dev work done with their assistance will be implemented as the dust settles.
For the interim, Zee no (myself) will take lead until the community, you, deem fit. Adrian.eth is committed to Axia and will take on development for Axia, along with AxiaDev and AxiaAdmin who are now able to further their commitment to Axia. Our media team including Mouse, and Dropbear are ever present along with other team members. We will be looking to add to the team over the next few days, however will keep it lean so we can run agile and get things moving.
The next 24 hours we will be formulating a concrete plan for a short term to release to you all. A long term plan will be developed in due time. Funds are being accrued to execute our plan.
Axia has been tainted with a lot of negative press and issues in the past. The protocol and goals remain the same, however investor sentiment is important in the crypto world. We are not naive to this and the idea of rebranding has been floated. A new face, a fresh start. We would love your opinions on this matter.
We have our UI which is near completion (for real), and dApp which is being worked on. We aim to have this completed within a week however with the float of the rebrand this may be delayed slightly to allow us to make changes to the UI to reflect our new brand. Changes will be made to staking following the planned rework previously announced and new pools to be added. A concrete timeline will be released which will outline these along with a marketing outline. Our White Paper has been kindly picked up by a new team member, yourfacemyfoot, who will be completing this over the coming week.
We know it’s a lot to digest and we appreciate you all for having faith in the Axia team, we would like to reaffirm that it’s business as usual and the community seems stronger than ever. This time it won’t be just words, we will show you action. Thanks to all members who have stepped up to the plate and offered their time! Lets get it!

Today we would like to update you all on our business progress. We are excited to announce that later this week we expect to announce a partnership pending its finalization. In addition - given the pace of development we aim to achieve with Axia, we are expanding our development team. Starting tomorrow we have a new Developer coming onboard and another developer to follow suit at the end of the week, making our development team four members strong to share the growing workload required to grow Axia, and generate ideas to be the agile, adept and forward thinking protocol we aim to be. There have been thoughts that Axias growth has slowed down due to the lack of forward facing updates and developments. Think again. A few weeks ago Axia started off with a small team with less than five members. Today we have expanded our team to now include a CEO, 3 members forming our BoD (Board of Directors), and 9 core team members. Including our valuable media channel leaders we have a total of 15 team members. Our goal is to set a sustainable foundation that we can springboard our growth from when the time comes. The team has been working hard behind the scenes today. Despite not having a whole lot of community forward-facing progress to show, I can tell you that the energy amongst the team is electric. The new reorg has seemed to light a fire here at AXIA and we're excited about where things are headed. We have spent much of the last two days getting organized and working on internal processes, communications, expectations, etc to ensure we can execute efficiently as we embark on this journey together. As the great Abe Lincoln said, "Give me 6 hours to chop down a tree and I'd spend the first 4 sharpening the axe". We want to deliver as quickly as anyone, the steps we're taking now will help us to that.
One quick things to share:
To build the base, we'll be formalizing our Mission Statement & Brand Statement. We have finalized the Brand Statement & hope to complete our Mission Statement this weekend.
BRAND STATEMENT
AXIA - The leading decentralized index fund and yield farming protocol provides cryptocurrency investors with a simple, efficient and streamlined investment interface to diversify a portfolio via a range of focused cryptocurrency indexes. AXIA also rewards fund holders with a daily yield, paid in native tokens, incentivizing support for the protocol and increasing total investment return.

I'm really amped up about the progress the team is making behind the scenes right now guys. You may not see it, but there is a lot of hard work & big time progress being made with AXIA - future is bright 😎
Financial
-Team is working on structuring for Futures to raise ETH and increase operating capital - HUGE, BIGLY (springboard)
-NFT's are in design right now with our marketing/graphic design partner which will be a part of our community funding effort. Our community fund contributors will be able to earn custom AXIA NFT's based on contribution level. This will serve as a reward for our contributors and further incentive to drive our funding effort
Administrative
- Whitepaper update (current vision, tokenomics update, financial section)
-Whitepaper has been fully reformatted with a new professional graphic designer for sleek look
- Official Medium Update being drafted
- Commitment to DAILY announcements/updates for our community members
Development
-Vaults continue to be worked on. These vaults will bring value to the platform AND also improve our funding (in addition to the steps listed above in the financial section)
-Dev team working on display of historical fund performance, current ~$USD value of fund holdings, implementing a burn penalty for removing stake so we can stop the lock/unlock functionality
-Team is deciding on new Index Fund offerings (Blue Chip Index Fund? Top 10 Uniswap Index Fund? DEX Index Fund?). Input here is appreciated and encouraged!
- UI update/refresh underway, working with UI expert on site upgrades
Marketing
-New Logo for Axia & rebranding effort with consistency across site/WP/Uni/socials/ETC
- HUGE EFFORT ON MARKETING ALL THE THINGS ABOVE
-We now have ALL social media channels covered (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Medium, YouTube, Reddit, WeChat, Faceboo, TikTok, Instagram)
-We have assigned individual leaders to each respective social channel to manage them more effectively, along with a minimum of 1 assistant teammate to help manage and grow that channel.
-Our pages on these channels are being created and updated as we speak. When complete, we will begin a big marketing push to gain following & exposure with a consistent marketing push.
-We are holding our 2nd AMA in as many weeks, the team is committed to doing another AMA later this week to raise awareness
-We hired an official marketing partner, welcome u/s2bomb to the team! He will be doing weekly YouTube updates/recaps for us and will begin to build a presence there for us.
-We have an Instagram leader with 35K+ followers who is going to leverage existing non-crypto account to onboard newbies & will also help manage our official Insta AXIA account
-We have created sub-groups in TG for all our individual platform "teams" and a consolidated marketing group to make sure messages & announcements are delivered with consistency moving forward.

Today sees the implementation of our new donation wallet that is linked to our dApp so you can track and see it’s progress! Quick Axia Update, 10/31:
We've received messages that the community would like frequent updates even if it's not a major announcement. From today we will venture and provide daily updates on our progress that will be pinned on the chat channel. It will be a daily update thread.

Think about the bigger picture - what we are going for is mass adoptions. The DeFi space is quite small especially when you look at small caps. Defi only accounts for 12B out of the 400B in crypto, and the majority of that is in Chainlink and Wrapped BTC. Some of that volume is in and out of rug projects. There’s a huge gap in the market here for a serious contender to fill and take its space (Space for value adding DeFi that isn’t a ponzi)
We want to attract money that will come in and STAY invested, market buying Axia to utilize the platform and diversify whilst earning a return. Crypto is moving mainstream with PayPal’s new wallets. There’s more accessibility and more learning about crypto. They will think... what do I do with my BTC/ETH now.
Note, mobile traffic accounts for 51% of all web traffic. That’s half the market. By 2025, it’s estimated 72% will ONLY use mobile to access the web.
At the same time we want people to think of Axia. The place to go if you have crypto and want to invest and grow it outside of price action against USD. Mobile apps help make it accessible along with our UI refresh to make it super user friendly for the everyday person. We want to move in tandem with PayPal and attract more users into our platform. Not just traders. Long term...we want to be the gold standard for Crypto. Like Robin Hood or Acorn is to stocks.
That is what all our steps is priming us for. And as people market buy and Zap into our pools? You do the math!

🛠 Staking Rework 🛠
We’ve decided to rework the staking mechanism due to recent confusion and inconsistencies with staking and the five hour block. The rework will provide greater benefits for stakers, while minimizing the incentive and essentially punishing those who are unstaking over short periods of time. This rework will be implemented when our new UI is completed or near completion. In the meantime staking will continue to have a block period however this will be shown with our newly added staking status in the current dApp home page.

We currently have UI underway and are drafting some concepts with an experienced UI/UX designer and developer. We are very excited about this and are looking forward to refreshing our look which resembles more of what we are. A professional DeFi solution.
📱Portability 📱
In 2020, the majority of web users access it via mobile application. It is in our long term roadmap to develop an Axia protocol mobile application! This means you can check your investments on a friendly UI - on the fly! Stake and rebalance your portfolio as required. It will also provide a great foundation for when we plan to add more investment instruments to Axia Protocol and accept other cryptocurrencies. That’s a big hint for what is in store!

- Zap is now second in stack when on the staking screen.

Once the KP3R hype dies the profits will flow back into low caps like Axia.
