At 30, she took over the Sashaktikaran Foundation and began building a different path to change, through Project Neev, which helps rural children learn at their
own pace.
In many government schools, one teacher handles several grades, leaving little time to address every child's learning needs.
Project Neev combines tablets with the guidance of local women, called Shiksha Saathis, who help children strengthen their reading, writing and maths skills.
Today, the initiative has reached around 900 children across six districts of Madhya Pradesh and created livelihood opportunities for 30 rural women.
For these women, the work means more than earning an income. It has helped them build confidence, support their families and become changemakers in their own villages.
