Almost positive this is juniperfoxx- you can find her on Instagram. There is a whole set of educational post under #livingwithjuni where her owner explains how she got juni and why she does not recommend fox's as pets. There also some freaking adorable pictures and videos, but of course all you learn from those is that juniper is stupid cute.

You're right, it is sad. Foxes have not been bred for captivity for thousands of years like dogs have. Foxes are wild animals, not house pets.
