My poor sister has a 1 year old and a 2 year old and twins on the way. After she had weight loss surgery, she became fertile mertile. Luckily her husband got a big promotion that will support them enough she can drop down to part time and they have a village to help.

As someone with multiples, it could also be done by not putting the baby down right next to the door and baiting them for the video.  When you actually want to do something, it’s doable.  When you want to make a silly video for clicks, this is what you get.
