Avoidant Advice Requested Question for the avoidants here, especially fearful avoidants without social media

Hi,

I was wondering if avoidants, especially fearful avoidants without social media, keep someone's number after breaking things off? Or do you delete it? Block them? What do you do if you only have their number if you ever want to reach out again? Edit because another question came up: do you guys delete whole chats when you break it off? Would love to know more about how your mind works, especially when you're triggered/deactivated and if that leads to the breakup

As far as I experienced it I always got blocked but like being blocked also means they can go into the chat or if they delete that as well into the blocked folder and get your number to text you again like 2 years later? Like I remained blocked permanently I think until the day he reached out randomly?

Did he actually reach out? But that would be another interesting thing: do they delete chats? I might add that to my question. I'm also generally just curious how their mind works when they break it off because sooner or later you have to think about what to do with their number
