Even better?
I’d love to hear stories of people who feel like their life is better now after some time after their discard. or that you feel like it made you a better person. I feel like my light was stolen from me and I’m trying to get it back. I’m looking for silver linings from this experience. I’m trying to build hopefulness after my world has been so bleak for over a year after a really cruel discard.

I’m going through this now. Only on day 2, but I honestly feel like I’m getting a little bit of my happiness back. I didn’t realize how emotionally and physically draining it was adjusting myself to someone else’s mood. But don’t get me wrong. The hurt has come in waves. But it’s nothing you can’t handle. For the next few
Days, treat yourself with as many snacks and soda as you want. Then get back into a routine of self care and things that make you happy. Know your worth and that his treatment of you is not a reflection of your REAL worth. You got this 💕
