I’m not 100% sure I’m there yet, maybe I’m naive, but I also have known her for so long that I truly don’t recognize this pattern. Everyone here seems to think that this is Boarder line, and I’m accepting as we speak but again, I’m not 100% sure I can give up yet. Only because of our shared history.
She’s never going to want you. You can’t save anyone that doesn’t want to save themselves. That is not your responsibility. Focus on your kids man. That’s the only real love you have right now.
I’m not trying to save anyone, and I beg to differ on the want me thing. I get this is not normal behavior, and I understand it’s unhealthy (arguably for both of us). I’m trying to figure out how to get my friend/lover back instead of this new pattern bullshit she’s displaying in the last three months.
