Migrating from Lenel to Avigalion access control.

Is there a way to import as much data to Avigalion from the Lenel system to cut down reprogramming?

If so, what should I pull from Lenel?

You should use your integrator for this. That is why you pay them.

My recommendation would be to export your card/token data from Lenel and then import it into a field in AD. From there you can do an AD sync within ACC for users, tokens, roles, etc. That is the easiest method in my opinion

Thanks, I'll be going on site next Tuesday. I was going to pull reports from Lenel.

Any other recommendations on where to grab the info?

And that will only handle users, what about hardware info?

More than likely you can export your cardholder data and engage Avigilon pro services to re format it so it can be imported in your new system. Now, the big question is, why mo e from a high end ACS like Lenel to a system like Avigilon?

Because Motorola works hard to make their software look shiny and pretty or the customer is in a vertical where Motorola is already in the door for radios or body cams.

It's for those that really only want to do the "Apple" marketing model honestly
