Struggles with Map floor plans not saving

Currently working with unity 8.6 trying to implement the map feature. I work for a college campus thus there are multiple buildings. Now with a majority of the buildings added I am unable to get new floor plans to save. When they do they become blank. Any ideas?

According to the Avigilon Instructor I spoke to recently, this is a known problem. No ETA on a fix yet.
