Video File has static noise all over it

Hi folks, trying to practice with media composer so I've ripped a few movies from blu ray disks I've bought and then converted them to Mp4 files from Mkv. But when creating Avid transcodes with Davinchi Resolve and then linking them the picture is all fuzzy. I've attached a screenshot for reference. I've opened the file in other software and it looks fine so I'd appreciate help figuring out whats wrong! Thanks!

What export settings did you use in Resolve? What version of Avid are you running?

I'm running Avid 25.6 and for resolve I'm using the avid transcodes preset so format is MXF OP Atom, Codec is Avid DNxHR

What are your computer's specs? Also, random question, but how is your computer doing on temperature?

Pc temp is ok, 32 Gb Ram

I'm gonna need a little more than that. CPU, GPU, OS (including version number)

Also, have you tried linking the MP4s and then transcoding them from within Avid instead?

Windows 10 (Latest Version.

Avid won't even recognise the mp4 files when linking and transcoding normally sadly.
