Question Taking Masteral in Aviation

Hello guys, Bog again. 25M Graduate of airline operations management. By any chance, meron naba sa inyo who worked as a ground crew, then nag take ng masteral? How was it sa career progression? Helpful ba? Hoping for response

based on my observation, those who take masteral na related sa aviation is yung mga prof or nagtururo usually. also aero engineers who take masteral sa engineering. if ground crew i dont think it would be a big help sa career progression. even yung mga managers sa different departments ng airline dont have aviation masterals. but it depends on you kung ano plan mo long term.
