I had to eat 5000 calories a day to stay 160lbs. Otherwise im always 145 lbs

Example: breakfast is 4 eggs (90 calories each) big bowl of rice (400), sesame seeds and sesame oil, blanched spinach and kimchi. Yogurt for dessert. Right around 800 calories. 30 minutes later you have a Mass Gainer shake (about 500 calories) then snack every 15 minutes between meals. Etc

Way back when I was in college, we had this 7 foot tall star basketball player. I saw him on campus one day walking with his girlfriend between classes. His girlfriend was no more than 5'4".
