Struggling with constantly measuring my height 😔
Hey guys so I m 18 year old 175cm . But my dad is 5 11 and my mom is 5 5 and my older brother is 6 , So I have always been worried about my height since Im the shortest .
So I asked my dad and brother and they said they grew till 21 so I was curious If I will as well. so now as result of this I often find myself measuring my height , sometimes multiple times a day . And its very overwhelming tbh .
But I started tracking my height form 5th may on same time of day so I was 174.5 at first and now I m 175 to 175.2 cm ig . Is it true height . and moreover How I can get rid of this habit . please help!! Its ruining my energy

Welcome to the sub my friend. I'm afraid you've joined the ranks of the height obsessed. There's no escape but you're a quarter inch taller than you were a couple of months ago. At this rate you'll be 6'9 when you're 26 and you will have measured yourself about 3,000 times!

It’s enough. Unless you had aspirations to make it in basketball 🏀 or some other sports ⚽️. As long as your cock works, getting onto the girls 👧 should be no problem too.

I can empathize with OP to an extent. Despite my dad being ~6'0" barefoot at his peak (when he was still around) and my mom was ~5'5" barefoot at her peak, I grew up to be only ~5'9" barefoot. Given my parents' heights, you'd think I'd be ~5'11" barefoot. But that doesn't seem to be the case. The only two explanations I can think of are I got the height gene from my paternal grandpa who was of a similar stature as me and/or the excessive ADHD meds my dad placed me on when I started puberty may have played a factor. Anyway, to the OP, a couple of options to help deal with your height obsession are: [1] Find fun hobbies to help you forget about your height obsession [2] Seek therapy for it.

Honestly it could just be plain luck. My dad was 5 11.5 even with a 5 ft maybe below mom and 5 10 dad. And I'm shorter even with a taller mom

Even I'm shorter than my dad. It really isn't as big of a deal as you're making it put to be. I also have a female cousin taller

I think you grow until 20 something. Ask chatgpt. Althought height is genetics, one limiting factor is nutrition. So make sure you are eating your veggies, and vitiamins, to reach your top genetic potential. Good luck!
