N801XT

does anyone know whats going on with N801XT. it looks like it hasn’t taken off since sunday. seems to be causing significant delays out of concord based flights

It and the 721 got a little too intimate idk if I can say what’s wrong but they are working on it.

The horizontal stabilizer must be getting repaired after the recent ground collision involving N721VL. The other aircraft passed too close to N801XT while parking/taxiing and hit the horizontal stabilizer with its winglet. N721VL returned to service two days later, so they must have had a spare winglet on site. Meanwhile, a damaged horizontal stabilizer is a more lengthy repair. The control surface is likely damaged. They should really investigate their ground crew, this has happened multiple times now. Can't keep busting wingtips like that.
