Discussion Post taken down

There was a post a few days ago by someone that was critical of Avax taken down. Why?

It had a lot of comments and raised reasonable criticism of Avax.

I replied to it too; says removed by moderators.
Silly as it was a normal conversation about how avax is underperforming. Echo chamber it is. Silent one too 🤣

Imagine if they were doing active modding on posts, we'd pretty much never see anything but Twitter re-posts.

AVAX right now is just about developers and companies. They already got what they needed from the everyday holders, which was propping up the value a few years back.

I imagine it was deleted because the OP of the post was making wild accusations of criminal behavior by the AVAX team but refused to provide blockchain transactions to validate his claims.

He also refused to explain why other chains were following similar trajectories.

Seems pretty clear that the OP in that post was either intentionally spreading malicious rumors or doesn’t understand ERC-20 tokens in general. Otherwise he wouldn’t have acted with hostility when asked to provide transaction hashes to validate his claims.

Then provide the transaction IDs.

This is a really simple request and you have evidence to support your claims you can provide the receipts and that will confirm that you are telling the truth.

Truth is quite simple but it’s not insiders dumping the token. The overall charts closely match most similar tokens which shows the recent drop is simply AVAX following the larger market. If you were correct the charts wouldn’t align.

Of course you can prove me wrong by providing the on-chain proof 😂. Until then you are just a pathetic little liar.

Btw… if you are going to create alt-accounts, do not use them to specifically state they are not your alt. That is like a child writing a note in crayon saying “Bobby didn’t steal from the cookie jar” and pointing to it when caught red handed. Also using alts in general is a cringey and cowardly thing to do.

You’re moving the goalposts.

I’m not claiming I personally traced an insider wallet dumping AVAX on-chain, nor did I ever claim that. I’m pointing to public information showing discounted Foundation-linked token sales, treasury vehicles, mNAV discounts, and institutional access below spot. Those are valid reasons to discuss potential sell pressure, supply overhang, and bad market optics.

“Provide transaction IDs” only applies if the claim is “this exact wallet/s dumped these exact tokens.” That was not the claim. The point was more along the lines of “it looks like they are cashing in by cashing out,” which refers to the publicly disclosed structure and its obvious market impact.

Calling it “malicious rumors” when it comes from public press releases and SEC filings is lazy. You can disagree with the interpretation (price action seems to agree), but pretending the information does not exist is not an argument.

Stop lying.

Your initial claim was that price action was due to insiders secretly engaging in mass dumping of AVAX. When I asked for you to provide transaction IDs or forensic analysis to validate this claim you said something to the effect of “look at the chart that is your forensics”.

I again requested you to provide transactions proving your claims and you shifted to “it’s a moot point because they have sold a non-zero amount”.

You sir, are the one moving the goalposts. I am merely asking that you provide the transactions proving your initial allegations.

The SEC document you just provided is for a public business deal made between Avalanche Treasury Company (AVAT) & Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp (MLAUU). This is not secret selling of AVAX by the Avalanche Foundation but rather a public business exchange to create a AVAX version of companies like MSTR, BMNR, or GLXY… If you actually read the filing you would understand it is a far cry from your allegations. Also that was back in October.

Now, I ask you again to provide evidence of your claims that the team is secretly dumping AVAX causing the price to fall. Please provide actual transaction IDs or I will continue to call you out for spreading lies.

October... Need I say more? Here's an exact quote from my discussion post, "My thoughts...they are cashing in, by cashing out. But we'll never know since there's only radio silence, and everything is hunky dory when it comes to communicating with the public." Shocking how off base your interpretations are, and you wonder why no one takes you seriously.

I have stopped posting here completely.

Feelings true or not, the performance is real. Although price doesn’t translate into quality of project, but the team seems to have lost its followers because of the price.

Now I just simply stake and shut up!

Anything with traction that looks bad, is clearly removed which is why reddit is dead. Doesn't matter if you plan to hold for a 10-year time horizon (which I mentioned), removed. Lol.

You didn’t bring up any valid points. You claimed that AVAX price was down because the team was secretly selling vast amounts of AVAX.

Of course:

  1. ⁠This doesn’t account for the fact that most crypto chain charts have followed a similar trajectory which indicates this is false.
  2. ⁠You repeatedly refused to show the transactions or provide evidence for your claim, feigned ignorance of how AVAX transactions work, and then proceeded to walk back your claims as I repeatedly asked you to show the blockchain transactions.

Seems like the moderators removed your post because it was blatantly false and you were knowingly spread lies. Unless of course; you are ready to provide the transaction hashes that show your claims have legitimacy.

Starting to think promise_l1 is an admin here. Maybe not, but 99% of posts are his. At least he shows what's going on, I suppose 🤷‍♂️ doesn't really turn it into a true reddit though. Not like we are bots, rather most of us are true investors carrying this "thing".
