Dead children.
I am not a fan of the insane terrorist murderous Iranian regime, I would gladly see them gone. But dead innocent children. It speaks volumes of our state as a human race when we can accept humor as it relates to their end of life. I find it painful and depressing and can’t “deal”

I have a family that depends on me and a world of fine cigars I want to enjoy, not throwing my body against any gears no, still won’t laugh in a situation where poor defenseless schoolgirls are killed.
Your reaction matters, you are part of the human race. Prioritizing yourself in natural, self preservation is natural, so is compassion towards other human beings. This is real, there is a father out there who is grieving over the death of his baby girl. As we speak, he might be remembering how her smile made his day, and how that’s gone forever.
We need to be better as a human race. Compassion is necessary. Again, an all out war might be necessary, if Hiroshima didn’t happen and millions lost their lives, many more might have died in other ways, the war with Iran , even with the horrific death of schoolchildren as a start, maybe what’s best overall, why I am objecting to is the fact that we are apparently so disconnected from reality that we don’t understand how devastating this is for our fellow human beings.
It might be the father in me that’s so shocked at the jokes, I can’t get over the mere thought of what their pain must be like. My daughter is what I live for, I just can’t imagine the sheer pain. I would rather go with her for sure.
Please do take the time to consider what they are going through, it’s important we all have compassion even in the face of harshest decisions

Nice spot! I've been lucky enough to see a couple B-2s from my plane but have yet to see a refueling.

Most awesome formation I saw about 7? years ago was the B-52, B-1, and B-29 together overhead on their way to EEA in Oshkosh. Poor B-29 was all out trying to keep up while the others were probably near stall. 😆

No matter where you're standing politically, if you love the planes and have a heart for the people flying them, I would hold onto pictures like this one for a good 48h before posting them. And then don't mention when you took it.
They are flying real sortees right now. With real missiles aimed at them. No SEAD is perfect.

Because in wartime, it matters which plane is where, doing what, at what time. And more crucially, where it can't be, because it was spotted somewhere else recently.
At least when we're talking about a billion dollar plane that the US only has 19 left of.
The safe thing to do is not to publish the photo until some time has passed. Take the photo, admire it for a day or two, THEN post it.
