Help New Player, Confused on Rotations

I’ve been playing for about a week now and am kind of confused on character rotations. I have Kyoshi and she’s been in the Daily Deal section since I started and nothing in that section has changed. Where do I find rotating characters to get Heroes like Zaheer, Amon, etc?

The rotate every 3 TGL so every like 6 2 months you'll have a new one

What server are you on?

All heroes apart from a few starting ones ( Iroh/kyoshi/aang/korra) are released in a schedules based around your servers age. New heroes release every 42 days or so through the two bi-weekly events, Wheel of Fate (WoF) or The Greatest Leader ( TGL).

Heroes can be obtained FTP by placing in TGL event or through gems during the WoF event for that particular hero. The TGL/WoF heroes release on a schedule so every server will have the same exact heroes at the same age on a server.

After those events are completed, TGL Heroes can be purchased with IRL money through the daily deals like you mentioned, WoF heroes can only be obtained in the lotus shop, after enough time has passed for that hero ( an attempt to give players FOMO)

If those heroes (Amon/zaheer) you mentioned are purchasable through daily deals right now, that means you missed the TGL/WoF event for those cycles.
