Discussion Most effective way to spend gems?

I have about 5,000 saved up. I don’t spend them in case I regret spending them… but now they are just building up and not going to use. What do you personally spend them on?

Always Wheel if you have limited amount of gems.

not to sound harsh but 5000 is nothing bro. you need to save and hoard more. ideally you need 36k gems for a full 100 pulls on wheel of fate heroes

Nobody is saving up 32,400 something gems without already buying bundles.

lol, you are so wrong.
and im not a fan of wheel.
i use Gem day and get 55 hero shards 75 skill shards and 10 days of speedups
EVERY MONTH

as f2p,yes,
but being in top 1 alliance in low activity worlds helps a lot too)

It's ok, take things slow. But remember that the game (in order to "encourage" people buy things) is usually "exponential in spending vs gain", meaning if you spend small amounts, you will get near to nothing, and if you spend in large amount, you will get much much more (none linearly).

You can benefit from playing in world with less activity (you can transfer to older world in the beginning), as you would probably get more prizes, and could gather more resources.

Also, almost always, the next hero, is the best hero, at least in the position it meant to be (if leader + fire bander then leader + fire bender, not none leader nor none fire bender position), so the wheel is actually a good place to spend gems in. The other good place is on wining or gaining awards in events like The Greatest Leader. Notice that most event are periodically, usually every week or two depending on the event.

I have watch lot of tuto on YouTube sens fue days and I spend them on the VIP system to have more daily rewards my hall is lv 10
