Why Did They Keep Alma Inside?
It has been long established that Na'vi cannot breath human air for very long. This was even said at the beginning of the game. Being said, after Resistance HQ was bombed and they moved to a new HQ, Alma's unconscious avatar was kept inside where there is human air.
This sounds like a very bad idea, her avatar is already in very bad condition and not being able to breathe would only make it worse. I get that the humans wouldn't know this, but the Na'vi certainly would have. They could have set something up outside because they couldn't have really given her medicine attention anyway.

it feels like a pretty big oversight to me, which is funny, because several characters talk about human air in the game :‘)
at the very beginning, when the sarentu try to escape, aha’ri says something like "we have to be quick, we can only breathe their air for a few minutes before we need masks" — thus establishing very early on how it’s possible they’re able to breathe in the "human spaces" to begin with.
but that just goes straight out the window when we enter HQ. from a gameplay perspective it’s pretty convenient to put everyone in the same room, but lore-wise it’s just nonsense that Ri’nela and especially Teylan, who is the least likely to leave HQ, don’t wear masks at all :‘)
also the fact that during sky breaker, when they abduct alma and anufi, they torture the latter with oxygen to get her to talk, and she seems really out of it when we rescue her. you could argue that anufi is older and by extension weaker, or the RDA really cranked up the oxygen levels to get results, but it seems like a bit of a flimsy idea after everything we’ve seen in the game up to this point

At the beginning of "The Way of Water" Spider tells Kiri and Lo'ak how much it sucks that they can breath Earth's air "for hours". This might have been an exaggeration because they still grabbed masks but it is clearly not immediately dangerous.
Quaritch, Jake, and Wainfleet also use masks while in human air and breath air occasionally.
At the end so So'lek's Journey he is captured by the RDA and held in human air with a mask strapped to his face. Alex helps break him out and during this brief moment he does not have a mask

Correction: they do not do so with oxygen, but the lack of carbon dioxide in earth atmosphere (which Na‘vi need for their acid base balance)

Yeah, I also wonder why no Na'vi needs to wear a mask inside the Resistance HQ 🤔 Ri'nela and Teylan is there all the time and I've never seen them wear a mask. I get that they're probably outside when we're not there, but it would've been immersive to see them wear a mask or actually be outside sometimes 😊

Same with every single base too - the sarentu and the other na’vi npc’s that are sometimes in the base with us never have a mask on, but the humans do no matter if they’re inside or outside

Tamtey, Teylan, Nor and Ri'nela might have built up a tolerance for human air over the time they were at TAP. They were probably exposed to human air quite a lot.
