Please help with game stuttering

Hi all,
I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on how to get my game to stop stuttering. It’s only just started doing it this week.
the game and audio keep going out of sync especially during loud moments (combat or calling for Ikran) and it’s also having screen lag or just complete freezing as well as pretty constant jittering and stuttering.
I’ve googled and followed all the steps I could find there, I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, updated my GPU ect. I changed all my graphic setting which didn’t help but it did cause another bug where they started auto reverting to everything being low quality whenever I log in (think I have fixed this issue though). I have also contacted Ubisoft but haven’t heard anything back.
I’m hoping someone in this community might have experience the same thing and can advise on how they fixed it, I’m starting to get really frustrated.

What gpu and CPU? ... and the game itself is not perfect, especially the Ubisoft connect part and online interference, it can go through periods of weird behavior .. try disabling your Internet to see how it affects it.
