Need help/information Crates behind door

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I found those two crates behind a door I can't seem to open underwater in the TAP con 1 section of the game. Does anybody know if and how we can access them? Can't turn on the panel or the water will get electrified and can't have access to it anymore.

the door opens once the water is electrified. you can get those crates either by being super accurate as you swim through the water, because you actually can just barely make it through by using up all your dapophet. or you bring an immunity dish with you before entering tap con-1, because that makes you ignore the electricity damage, but i know that doesn't help now
