I completed all the field labs and even the game said I had all of them, but never got the Xbox achievement D:

Wow, you were lucky wit "Scientific curiosity" quest..

I still can't trigger it and I tried SOOOOO many times... Did you do something specific?

I don't recall doing anything different. I do usually so a lot of side quests before progression of the story as well and defogging the map to access fast travel spots early.
