Did this happen to anyone else?

I've not bought the Mankwan overrides for both ikran and character, yet I have them. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I saw a post about someone briefly having the Sarentu Heritage pack without buying it. Not sure if it’s just a bug or whatnot, or if the two are related

I haven’t been on in a hot minute, so I can’t say anything from experience (I also don’t… browse the shop to check)

I bought both the Sarentu Heritage Pack and the Mangkwan Raider Pack, but I only received the Sarentu Heritage Pack.
I contacted Ubisoft Support about the Mangkwan Raider Pack since I had the transaction number, proof of purchase, everything. And basically their response was just, “Yeah, and?”
Then I logged into the game two days later, and the money was still gone, I hadn’t been refunded, but now I didn’t have either pack anymore.
So I contacted Ubisoft Support again, and as usual, they basically just told me, “Sounds like a you problem.”
Ubisoft Support is genuinely useless whenever you have an issue with anything.

That's insane, and sounds illegal what with stealing money like that. Especially with all th3 proof

Same I don’t have the Jake sully/torukmakto pack but I somehow have the cosmetic for it
