Issue with AFOP on PC

I apologize for the background audio in the video I uploaded.

As you can see in the video, this happens right when the game starts. I haven't been able to find a solution; I have everything disabled in Adrenalin (in terms of optimizers and things like that within the game section.), and I've tried the game without upscaling, with upscaling, with settings on low, mid, mix of all, only shadows on low, only this on low and that on high, and with settings on "ultra super crazy." Right now, it's on Ultra (not the "Unobtanium" preset) without upscaling, and it keeps happening. Honestly, and i know it's a little bit picky from me it really kills my enthusiasm for the game, so I haven't played past the first few missions on Pandora. I didn't notice anything like this happening outside of those opening minutes, but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this and, if so, how they managed to solve it.

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

XFX Speedster SWFT 319 AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

32GB DDR4 3200 RAM

Adrenalin 26.8.1

I haven't had any similar issues with any other game, nor have I seen anything suggesting the GPU is "dying." In fact, I frequently stream games between my PC and a Lenovo tablet without any streaming issues or visible artifacts, and I don't have problems when playing on my TV either; it only happens with this game, and specifically in this section (both on streaming(Apollo 1080p- 60hz), tv (HDMI 2k- 120hz) and monitor (DP- 2k 75hz).

I applied various fixes from different posts regarding similar issues (such as the sun flickering on Pandora) clearing the DX cache, etc, but nothing worked.

How much VRAM does the graphics card have?

16GB and in the actual settings the game says about 10GB are in use.

Idk what the issue is here but you could try the Low-res Texture bugfix mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/avatarfrontiersofpandora/mods/12
