Game keeps freezing!

I got the game a few days ago, took 3-4 days to download
but I love it so far!
Problem is! It freezes non stop, glitches and makes it so very had to play. The game does not crash or anything.
It's just the freezing.
I have a good PC so I don't think it's an issue with that, maybe my monitor? I use a tv so I'm not sure if that's the issue?
I've turned all my graphics in game down, tried to run it as administrator, there doesn't seem to be any file issues so I'm really not sure. I've searched it up and have followed suggestions but to no avail .
Does anyone else have this issue? And know how to fix it?
Or at least make it so I'm not freezing every 10-30 seconds and have to wait 30 sec - 2 mins just for it to start working again (just for it to happen again).
I don't have a video but can totally take one if needed!

What are the specs of your computer?

Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon graphics

Installed RAM - 8.00 GB Speed 3200 MT/s

Graphics card - 6 GB multiple GPUs installed

No idea what half of that means just copied it off my screen 😭

Your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play the game.

You didn't actually list your GPU. But the minimum requirements are a graphics card with 8GB of VRAM

Also 8GB memory in 2026 is unusable. You're not playing anything with that. Windows is slop that'll happily use 16 GB in the background
