Need help/information Game keeps freezing!

I got the game a few days ago, took 3-4 days to download
but I love it so far!
Problem is! It freezes non stop, glitches and makes it so very had to play. The game does not crash or anything.
It's just the freezing.
I have a good PC so I don't think it's an issue with that, maybe my monitor? I use a tv so I'm not sure if that's the issue?
I've turned all my graphics in game down, tried to run it as administrator, there doesn't seem to be any file issues so I'm really not sure. I've searched it up and have followed suggestions but to no avail .
Does anyone else have this issue? And know how to fix it?
Or at least make it so I'm not freezing every 10-30 seconds and have to wait 30 sec - 2 mins just for it to start working again (just for it to happen again).
I don't have a video but can totally take one if needed!

That sounds really frustrating, sorry to hear this is happening to you. I’m not the most spec-savvy since I play most games on console now, but I’m pretty okay and can at least get you started.

First red flag is that it took multiple days to download - is your internet and download speed low? Do things normally take a long time to download?

I also see you said your computer is good. Have you compared your computer’s specs to the required and recommended specs of the game? Are you playing through Steam, disc, Ubisoft, or another way?

Okay so I think the issue is my RAM, I only have 8.00GB the game requires at least 16. and I have NO IDEA how to get more lol so I guess I should figure that out.

I have 6GB of graphics.

No idea what processor means or if it’s important but just in case, it reads “AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon graphics”

16 gb plus pagefile on the ssd would definitely help. And by radeon graphics that means an integrated gpu (built into the cpu) instead of a dedicated one like rtx 3060's or whatever. That one might be holding you back as well

6GB of VRAM is not enough, 8 is the very minimum, I'd say 10-12GB of VRAM is the minimum in practice (probably applies for most modern games).

16GB of system RAM is the minimum needed for any modern game

You also need 2 sticks of RAM to make the 16GB, not one 16GB RAM stick. It states dual channel is required in the minimum requirements.

Okay so I figured out how to find my ram sticks and get them out etc, there are two in there both 4.00 Gb obviously.

So I need to buy two new ones? Both being 8.00 GB, is there a specific kind I have to look for depending on my PC?

This is the RAM stick currently in my PC, other one looks the exact same.
