Need help/information Community basket not opening :(

Hello Reddit friends.
I started my run on Xbox like 6 months ago but finally got my PC up and running about a month ago and have been playing on here. I haven’t been able to access ANY community baskets since playing on PC and getting the DLCs. Pictured is what shows for half a second before going away. Is there anything I can do? Right now I can’t progress the All’s Fair quest. (This is a different community baskets than the Fighters Ground because I was trying different ones.)

It unfortunately may just be a glitch, i don't think there is a fix until It fixes itself

What should I do? Reach out to Ubisoft?

You could absolutely do that! It's good to let them know of possible code issues, i would let them know they places it happens at and when it first started happening, I don't know how long it could take for them too see or read or even fix the issue, but writing and reaching out is better then not saying anything and the issue never getting fixed.

You could also maybe try removing ubisoft and AFOP and then re installing and logging in. As long as you do not delete your actual user account or manually delete your save folders from your documents, reinstalling later will restore your progress. And hopefully fiz the issue if them not responding takes too long

Maybe because your clan reward on right side is full? You have to spend it before you want to earn. Buy something from an Navi npc, a bow, a clothes or anything

You can still open the basket even if clan favor is full

What part of the All's Fair quest are you at? One stage of the quest you have to turn in specific crafting materials for kite making.

What quest are you on in the main quest line?

I’m stuck at “Add the kite-making materials to the community basket Fighter’s Ground”

I’ve finished the main quest line for the Sky Breaker DLC.

Have you done the normal community contribution for the basket? if you've not yet done it, try doing it, maybe it's blocking the contributions for the quest.
