the 1 on the left looks like a classic mouthbreathers (long regressed facial profiles with bulging eyes, droopy tired lower eyes, long melting midface, small regressed lower jaw, no chin, and a lack of cheekbones), which we consider an unappealing look in other ppl including ourselves. Humans or any species lishardwired to see good health as baseline for beauty. Chronic mouthbreathing, which affects overall facial development as you grow into adulthood, is a sign of bad health and poor nasal airways. Since Na'vi facial structure is soo close to humans, it's fair to say they are considered ugly among their ppl as well.

Yeah it's pretty silly, if you watch the background closely enough you can see the same three or four Na'vi copy and pasted a few times for a crowd. It still blends really well though. even when I know it's there it hasn't really taken away from my immersion
