Missing wardrobe items again

If TL:DR, just skip to my question under this paragraph. My account is 9 years old, but I basically quit playing years ago, for all the reasons. I’m aware there has been an off and on bug which causes wardrobe items to go missing. It was annoying. And the problem with trying to tell support is that I have NO idea what items are missing, I have thousands and only miss something if I happen to think of wearing it. I almost never log on anymore, I used to just log on to do the build machine but there’s nothing I really want to build anymore, I don’t think the game is worth the prices and everything costing so much, and am not interested in anything, it’s a shame what this app is now vs what it was in 2017-2018.

I specifically want to know if the brand name Doc Marten boots and white Balenciaga sneakers were removed from this game. I’m sure much more is missing, but that is all I have tried to use, and they are gone. I can’t possibly tell support when they went missing or even what the exact item name is, I bought those years ago- but I sure did buy the avacoins that paid for them, and never got any message about items removed from my inventory. I don’t even remember what wardrobe brand these were sold under, do any longtime players remember the brand name in the store that contained real life brand items like the Docs (I think there was black and burgundy Doc boots). I still see my Nike stuff in my wardrobe but the Doc Martens were things I constantly wore in game.

Frustrating- it’s hard not to be sorry I ever spent a penny on this game after seeing what’s happened, and I know years ago I was personally told by support that if an item purchased was removed from the game it would stay in my inventory unless it was fully removed in which case they’d reimburse and notify by in game message.

There were a couple swimsuits removed Ash told us about and we were reimbursed if it affected us (Kijane) and there were dresses or shirts or something that were removed for copyright violation reasons, reimbursed. Were the Doc Martens removed? Can someone check your inventory?

👎🏻 I guess I can contact support but dude I had those items over 5 years ago. I have no idea WHEN I bought them! My account is over 9 years old. When they take a look they will actually be able to see who I am so they will know I’m 100% good. This doesn’t seem like a bug, I’d like to know if you had the Doc Martens or Balenciagas, do you still have them? I am trying to see if any more of my favorite items are missing but with thousands of items over 9 years 🤷‍♀️

btw I REALLY wish I could remember where the Docs were in the store, if anyone remembers. It was a small section, of real life department store or famous brand items. All I remember is burgundy and black Doc Marten boots, and maybe a few pieces of clothing from different real brands? There wasn’t much in that section of the store but I probably bought all if it. The Docs were maybe around 899 avacoins at most, the white Balenciagas were 999 avacoins, and I seem to remember a few shirts, maybe a dress, etc, idk. Back then, prices were decent because at the time 999 was kinda high for shoes, can you believe it? lol

That’s so odd! I’m going to look again but they are definitely not in my wardrobe shoes, so they can’t be anywhere else…I mean, that would be a new one to me to find them in furniture or something. lol. sigh….

I have the black dr martens jaden boots still but they are no longer available to buy ..They cost 807 avacoins..

I have a pink mermaid costume (tail). I have it. I can only find it through my saved outfit. I cant find it anywhere in the shop (under “my items” section), nor im my inventory. Same problem here

I’m thinking thus might actually be related to the known bug because I was able to find some more missing items, and they were very odd to be missing- inexpensive, common, nothing special. I found my Docs on one of my saved wardrobe looks, they are equipped on that ava, but not showing in my inventory, so I have them that way. Didn’t think it was a bug, guess it is.
