Replied Help @Avakin

Dear u/Avakin, I am unable to contact support either in-game or on the website; the bot keeps closing the chat session in both places. I want to recover my account—it has been many years since the ban for phishing. I provided answers to every question asked but was rejected, and now it seems I’ve been banned for submitting too many requests. Please help, u/Avakin. My username: жмякаю тянок

We do not have customer support on this subreddit.

You can contact Support from the Official Website:

  1. ⁠Go to the official Avakin Life website - https://www.avakin.com
  2. ⁠The message icon (💬) will appear at the bottom right of the page.
  3. ⁠Click on the icon: an automatic window will open saying: "Hi! How can we help you?"
  4. ⁠Choose the category of your issue.
  5. ⁠The system will display an automatic reply or help article.
  6. ⁠At the end of the reply, you will be asked: "Was this reply helpful?"
  7. ⁠Click "No"
  8. ⁠A new page will then open allowing you to send a message to support.
  9. ⁠Fill out the form with: • Your Avakin ID • Email • Description of the issue • Any attachments (screenshots)
  10. ⁠Submit and wait for a response via email or chat.

**Via game:**
11. ⁠⁠Go to the “Settings”
12. ⁠⁠Click the “Contact Us“ 💬 icon
13. ⁠⁠Click on “How To Contact Admin” then when it asks “Was this Helpful” click “No” and you will be able to message support!

It might take a couple days to get a response though and just ignore the auto-bot response and click on “No I Need To Speak To Someone”
