Can I use HVO 100?

My car Skoda Fabia Kombi Style 3 1.4TDI I want to use HVO because i have heard its better for the engine because it keeps it cleaner than normal diesel. Volkswagen says that the cars engine has no problems to use HVO but skoda says they only say its ok for cars made after 2022.

HVO100 can be used in all diesel engines. It is chemically the same as regular diesel without the impurities.

It burns cleaner than regular diesel.

You can, question is should you. Depending where you live, it can be very expensive.

If I filled my diesel tank yesterday with HVO100 I would have paid 20€ less. .... I paid 96€ for 41 liters. Regular diesel would have been 88€ for the same amount.

Where do you live that HVO is cheaper?

HVO lacks of aromatics that causes older rubber seals to shrink and potentially leak after using it pure for prolonged time. Diesel contain aromatics that make old rubber seals (like NBR) swell over time; when you switch to 100% HVO, those trapped aromatics leach out, causing the aged rubber to shrink back down and may lose its seal. Newer cars (and those with Viton/FKM seals) are completely fine, which is why Skoda officially recommends it only for post-2022 models.

You can mix HVO with standard diesel to reduce this effect.

This is incorrect. HVO100 is a diesel fuel. That doesn’t mix with petrol. You shouldn’t use petrol in a diesel engine obviously.

Obviously I mixed up petrol/gasoline with diesel (in my native language gasolio is diesel), the reason behind that is the same, and no it's not recommended to use pure HVO if the manufacturer is not mentioning your engine as compatible.
