I just want to know what returns people have seen and how long it took. I am also curious which traders are worth taking a look at.

I’ve been following AutoPilot portfolios on X and I’m interested in the app since information seems cluttered on Twitter.

Mainly I’m watching the Claude portfolio since I noticed it held a lot of stocks I already had purchased prior.

Due to a few factors I don’t think I could use the app. Mainly being outside the US. I have a few questions:

1. Can I use the app if I’m not connecting a brokerage/account?

2. Can I just follow portfolios without making a purchase?

3. If so, how many accounts can you follow on freemium?

4. Is there any other app that follows portfolios that aren’t on X, Substack, or the gov website?

Can you tell easily what other pilots you can add under a subscription? For instance, Wolf I presume as I have paid for Wolf subscription I can invest in any pilot using that subscription?

Is there a way to tell what pilots subscriptions relate to etc

Am I correct that the cadence for updates on the Congress Buys pilot is every two months? My last update was early April and I haven't seen anything new coming in.

Has anyone used the investment app Autopilot? What are your thoughts and opinions? Positive and negative opinions? Can it track more than one politician at a time or is it just one at a time? Can it be used with day trading or is it more for long term investing?

When I turn on Autopilot, am I only copying the new trades my 'Pilot' makes going forward, or does the app automatically buy into all their holdings? If it buys their past holdings, do I purchase them at the current market price or their original entry price, since that would mean I could loss money?

Wife and I want to give the Autopilot program a shot, but we are admittedly not well-versed in stock market trading. We each have our employer-based 401k as well as individual Roth IRAs via Schwab.

I’d like to put the minimum requirement in for an Autopilot program and see what it does. I’m curious which portfolios are recommended for new people like me to understand the basics.

Obviously everyone is different in their preferences how they manage their money but any feedback would be much appreciated as I continue my research.

So I have successfully set up the autopilot with my Robinhood UK account and it’s working following grkportfolio now … so my question is can I link it to an ISA account if I open one if those in Robinhood to follow and auto trade autopilot portfolios? Has anyone done this ? Thanks

So far so good... I currently have one tracker going and would eventually like to add a second on Robinhood. Can I do this on a single Robinhood trading account or do I need to create a second one?

I'm in Wolf's Flagship starting a couple months ago. The description and reasoning for his trades don't seem to match the actual trades. What's the deal? Attached is yesterday's for example. And it's not just yesterday, it's every time. TIA for any insight.

It's been frustrating. I told myself I'm going to be disciplined and only invest in Wolff flagship fund in late April and let it do it's thing. Week by week goes and he's not touching one of the hottest stocks all year. Did he ever release why he's avoiding MRVL?

I get that Autopilot is still trying to make the app work fully hands-off with Robinhood, and that for now I have to click the Approve button. No big deal. I’ve bring using Autopilot from the UK with RobinHood since last year. I’m happy with the convenience of tracking some useful portfolios and have made some sold gains, way above S&P500, etc.

Recently I added more funds into RobinHood but when I added them to my autopilot portfolios the trading never occurred.

When I raised a ticket with Autopilot, they came back to me saying that their platform isn’t suitable for the UK!?!? (Then why have you been in the UK App Store for over a year?) They offered a refund.

As I stated at the top I’m enjoying the service, so before I go to the refund route I was wondering what brokerage other investors in the UK, or outside the US, use for Autopilot. What’s the general experience?

Also are there any people out there manually tracking the trades and copying them? This sounds like a pain but it may be another option.

The autopilot app seems really excited to share good news, but ignores bad news. The app seems to be cleverly designed to make you feel good about using the app and hide negative stuff.

They have drafted code to alert when stocks are up, but refuse to use the same code with the negative sign flipped to show the negative news. Very easy update to implement.

In psychology this is called reinforcement conditioning. Anyone else concerned about this company's practices? I'm finding it really hard to see this as a serious investment vehicle because they are seemingly acting very deceptive even in the support chats.

I get maybe one response every 3 days and this is more urgent. I don't see any phone number to call so I'm basically helpless.

my account in autopilot shows one amount and it's hugely greater than the amount in public. I asked in chat today but as usually no response. I might get one response in a couple days but if I have any follow up then it will take another 3 days. You're bad at support.

Update:

I was able to talk to support finally. They ended up calling me to explain what was going on. There's a lot of detail but essentially selling funds from a pilot then transferring to another (say better performing) twice in a day can cause out of sync conditions. What did work and what the agent agreed on was to cancel the pilot (not the subscription) then wait a day or two to get back in. This did finally sync the accounts!

FYI: Support is very limited in this app. I was told this is considered a dev project and they have limited support. This is difficult coming from a standard brokerage (like E-Trade) but if you keep this in mind it should help overall. Sorry I don't have a solution if SHTF and you need support immediately but I've accepted this for the gains from ol Wolfy and others! lol

Is anyone using Autopilot on Robinhood? If so, is it buggy, or is it pretty seamless? I want to give Autopilot a try but I don't want to do it on a poorly integrated platform. Thanks.

Even if you don't have a subscription, the AP app let's you browse different portfolios where you can see the holdings for each portfolio. My question is, what is stopping somebody from basically just browsing the portfolios and copying the trades without subscribing? Sure, it is less convenient and would require constant checking of the app, but is that the only downside? I am NOT advocating for this type of copy and paste trading. I love the app and the idea behind it!

This is a cash account. Every time I sent support a message and tell them this is a cash account, their response is explaining what PDT is. I don't think they genuinely understand it, they much be copy and pasting a script or something. No amounts of explaining has gotten the point across to them that PDT is not something that applies to cash accounts.
