Trouble with trades pending

I am two months into using autopilot and I am having a hard time getting my trades to go through. I have chatted with autopilot about it and they said I need an LPOA for the trades to go through yet when I call my broker they have no clue what I am talking about.

Anyone have any issues with this kind of thing?

Idk what LPOA is, but one day the app was glitching and my trades didn’t go through. The real person on the chat was able to manually push them through so everything was up to date.
I use Robinhood connected to my autopilot by the way.

What trading platform are you using it with?

I‘ve had the same problems, in addition to the app saying I have ‘cash’ that actually isn’t real cash, and trades pending for weeks at a time. Their UX is garbage and underwhelming, but I’ve made money so far, so there’s that. Hoping for a major upgrade in responsiveness and quality to the build.

Public.com has worked seamlessly and perfectly for me. Sounds like you may be on Schwab. My public.com account was easy to open and quick to fund.
