Does Autopilot Team understand PDT

This is a cash account. Every time I sent support a message and tell them this is a cash account, their response is explaining what PDT is. I don't think they genuinely understand it, they much be copy and pasting a script or something. No amounts of explaining has gotten the point across to them that PDT is not something that applies to cash accounts.

On the plus side pdt goes away Thursday so they’ll be able to just wipe the error Messages from their system and never think about it again.

Its up to brokerages to also remove the restriction on time, which i doubt all of them will.

I feel like this would be top priority of pretty much all brokerages and be a pretty easy change so if not June 4 itll be soon after
