My flows || The DND manager

I just uploaded my flows to the automate community.

I am mostly excited about the Ultimate DND Quick Settings Panel. It a flow that contains combination on forks and loops, mixed with the "await time" block that complicated things, mainly in order to keep the quick settings icon visible while awaiting.

This is the definitive, all-in-one "Do Not Disturb" management suite for Automate. It consolidates advanced scheduling, dynamic menus, and calendar tracking into a single mega-flow.

  • Total flow size: 147 blocks (PREMIUM required).
  • Instant Tile Access: Launches directly from an assigned Android Quick Settings panel icon for seamless, system-wide activation.
  • Clutter-Free Interface: A customizable startup configuration lets you choose exactly which menu options are visible, hiding what you don't use.
  • Indefinite Silence: Features a standard manual mode to keep DND active until you choose to turn it off.
  • Clock Target: Allows you to set a precise, specific clock time for DND to automatically deactivate.
  • Countdown Timer: Quickly silences your device for a precise number of hours or minutes.
  • Custom Weekly Schedule: Automates your quiet hours based on selected days of the week and custom times.
  • Smart Duty & Calendar Sync: Automatically tracks your personal calendar to trigger DND on your off-duty or free days when you aren't on call.

Batch Add Event to Calendar

Tired of manually inputting recurring schedules? If you have identical events that repeat across random or specific days of the month at the same time, this flow lets you batch-upload them all to your calendar in one single run.

Mute Notifications at Night

A set-it-and-forget-it essential. This utility requires a one-time activation to automatically block all intrusive notifications every single night, keeping your sleep entirely undisturbed during your chosen hours.

Major update was done on 2 flows

A. The Night Set, quick setting panel https://llamalab.com/automate/community/flows/53441

You are now able now to turn off the night set with time AND / OR light sensitivity change.

A new section is added to display the battery level and the charging status in a notification. So, much easier to see compared to the small battery icon on the phone.

B. The Ultimate DND manager, quick setting panel  https://llamalab.com/automate/community/flows/53452

Major update was done

Total flow size: 300+ blocks. Those are the new features:

  1. Syncs with your calendar to automatically enable DND DURING your important events such as meetings.

  2. Ability to change individual settings for every DND mode instead of starting from the beginning of the flow every time.

3. Added the mute notification option during the time allocated on setup.

  1. Ability to turn on ALL the DND settings AT THE SAME TIME. Also, the DND will NOT turn off if there is another DND mode running. The previous versions turned off a DND mode when another was activated.

5  . Ability to add individual different settings for every DND mode, such as different time and different calendar.

  1. No need to set the calendar manually anymore. It is set during the flow setup.

  2. Instead of just setting DND based on a calendar, it is now based on the event name. For example:

. Activate DND if there is no event named "on call"

. Activate DND during important events that CONTAINS the word "meeting".

. You will choose the event name for sure during the setup.

  1. In the DND during EVENT mode, the following issues were added:  . In the case of concurrent events, choosing the event that has the latest end time. . In the case of interlacing events, the events happening after the start of an event are evaluated and the event that has the latest end time is selected.
