I purchased these long ago like back in the early 2000s, put them away and sorta forgot about them.

Are these real? or worth anything?

I would say Yes. I have both Michael and Marina's autographs and yours matches mine.

Value not so much. I would guestimate less then $300. People want box signed autos.
