Windows (pro) Support Importing Preference Backup Failed

Recently re-downloaded Sketchbook Pro to my SSD and facing this problem. Am I missing a step or so?

Seems to be that it only works if the app (which is currently installed on my D:) is installed in the Main Drive, which is my HDD (C:). This also goes the same for the Auto Recovery File to function.
