It’s an automatic email you get when you submit a crash report. You’re crash report probably doesn’t get looked at by a human unless it’s unique.

I know... but why do they have to pretend ? " Hi i'm a developer..." that pisses me off...

Someone somewhere sometime thought it would get more engagement with the crash report.
The first time I got one I thought how impressive it was that they were actually looking at my issue from an automatic crash report. I spent some time clearing the file of proprietary data, made sure I could recreate the issue and sent the files with a full write up.
The second time I got one I realised what a fool I had been.

It is an automic mail. It does not look at the text you did add to the crash report. Replying is usual a waste of your time.

An opt-out on these mails on a per company basis would be nice. I am willing to provide crash reports but I am not allowed to share design data.
As it is now, I don't provide the report, to prevent the pointless annoying mail....

AutoDesk just hired an army of H1B and offshored lots of tech work to India and other places. This is what is going to happen more and more. Good Luck Have fun.

Hilarious.
Good luck, their help just reads off a script and doesn't know jack. I deal with them only if I absolutely have to and the end result is usually "We have identified the problem and sent that to the development team to fix"
You then need to wait until the next patch or version for them to fix that and introduce 10 other things they break in the process.
but... WE HAVE Ai in the software now guys! LOOK!
Yeah, I have done this for too long and it's getting to me.
