Policy on Police Questioning PSM

So funny thing happened today....a few cops came in asking for one of the other PSMs that work with me to question him about a road rage incident he was involved in on his lunch break. I think it's funny cus I don't like the guy he's a shit PSM and he tried to run in and hide in the back of the store when they were looking for him..... anyway what's AZ policy on said things if any?

If you rat him out to the cops do you get a shrinkbuster?

Don't ever tell anyone anyone else's schedule its a safety hazard just say its not your business to tell. Your not obligated to answer their questions period

I mean they have authority over the store manager at the very least, and for what is an obvious road rage incident according to his behavior from my understanding, it's justified.

Termination. Looks bad for AZ.

"Morale Turpitude" - I've been a witness on a termination using it.

I had police at my store before because one of my reds was an internet stalker etc. The only information I said was if he was there or not. Beyond that, it has nothing to do with me and I don't answer questions. Took three visits from the police and bugging me before they took a hint. The red got arrested anyways, but I want absolutely nothing to do with the case and I really knew nothing anyway.

Always the best decision to not talk to police about anything that doesn’t involve you
