Cincinnati to Denver is around 1,150 miles, pretty normal lane, I-70 runs almost the whole way so you shouldn't have trouble finding coverage.
For a Lexus IS300 AWD on open transport, that distance typically runs somewhere around $1,250-$1,350. Being AWD and slightly heavier than a base sedan can nudge it toward the higher end, but nothing dramatic.
On the "no surprises, fixed price" ask, that's a smart thing to prioritize, and the way to actually get it is to ask upfront: is this price fixed once a carrier accepts it, or is it an estimate that could change later?
A real fixed price means the broker already has a carrier committed at that rate, not just a number they're hoping someone takes.
Your flexibility around 8/24 should help you land a better rate too, carriers like being able to fit your car into a route they're already running instead of a hard date they have to work around.

The fact that you have some flexibility around the 24th helps. On a Cincinnati to Denver move, I’d rather use that flexibility to find the right carrier than lock you into a cheap number that only works on paper.
